Afternoon snack, may not look all that healthy, but for my diet this is a great snack. Two fish burger patties, lettuce, low fat tartea sauce and Edam cheese.
I’m doing a low carb, high fat diet at the moment. I’m not as strict as most people are and its working amazingly :)
I started last week thursday starting weight at 61.1kg, today I weighed in at 58.8kg. I’m going hard at the gym and loving it :D
So motivated lately :D
